Cover Supervisor SEND School, Walsall Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 3:40pm Start date: Monday 5th January 2026 Protocol Education are recruiting a dedicated and confident Cover Supervisor to work within a welcoming SEND school in Walsall, starting this January. This school provides a supportive, inclusive environment where pupils with additional needs are encouraged to grow academically, socially, and emotionally. As part of a well-regarded Trust, the school places strong emphasis on nurturing relationships, consistency, and creating a calm, structured setting where every pupil can succeed. They are now looking for a Cover Supervisor who can step in with confidence, maintain routines, and support pupils to stay engaged with their learning. The role As a Cover Supervisor, you will supervise classes during the short-term absence of teaching staff, ensuring pupils remain focused on pre-set work and feel supported throughout the school day. You’ll play an important role in maintaining a safe, positive, and predictable learning environment, which is especially important in a SEND setting.
