My client is currently looking for a well organised administration with the experience of using databases and Microsoft Office packages to join their team on a long-term temporary assignment. If you have worked within a charity before this would be desirable but not essential.
Part Time- Administrator
Remote
22 hours per week- flexible on working hours and days
£13.50 per hour- paid weekly
Main Purpose of the Role
As an Administrator, you will support the wider team maintaining accurate records, processing applications, and liaising with members and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
1. Act as first point of contact for enquiries
2. Manage and respond to emails and oversee the inbox
3. Review applications for eligibility and completeness
4. Process invoices and applications using internal systems
5. Monitor data, track progress against project targets, and support evaluation
6. Escalate issues and support collaboration across internal teams
7. Contribute to organising events and meetings as required
What We're Looking For
Essential:
8. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
9. Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
10. Experience using databases and Microsoft Office packages
11. Ability to manage a varied workload and meet deadlines
You must complete a DBS check for this role.
