Automotive Refinish Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automotive Refinish Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our preparation centre, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality cosmetic vehicle repairs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Performing SMART repairs across a wide range of vehicles, ensuring a high standard of workmanship and attention to detail.
* Carrying out cosmetic paintwork repairs, including blending and polishing, to achieve exceptional results.
* Colour matching and mixing paint using appropriate techniques, guaranteeing an exact match every time.
* Refinishing diamond-cut and painted alloy wheels to the highest standards.
* Staying up-to-date with the latest SMART repair practices and standards, ensuring compliance and quality.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in SMART repair or alloy wheel refurbishment.
* A background in detailing, valeting, or paintwork will be considered.
* The ability to consistently produce a high standard of work, meeting internal preparation and quality requirements.
* A valid Full UK Driving Licence is essential for this role.
