About The Role
Hays Education is recruiting full-time SEN Teaching Assistants for a well‑established specialist SEND school in Warwickshire. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive setting where you will be working with pupils who have a range of needs including Autism, MLD/SLD,munication challenges, sensory needs and SEMH.You will be part of a dedicated team providing stability, structure and meaningful support throughout the school day.
What You'll Be Doing
1. Providing 1:1 and small‑group support
2. Assisting pupils withmunication, sensory needs and emotional regulation
3. Supporting personalised learning programmes and EHCP targets
4. Helping deliver creative, engaging and structured activities
5. Working closely with teachers, therapists and support staff
6. Contributing to a positive, safe and inclusive learning environment
What you'll need to succeed
7. Experience working with children or young people (SEN experience ideal)
8. A calm, patient and nurturing approach
9. Ability to build strong and trusting relationships
10. Willingness to support personal care when required
11. Reliable, enthusiastic andmitted to supporting SEND learners
