The Role
As a Creative Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing and delivering a wide range of creative projects. You’ll collaborate closely with designers, content writers, and account directors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Projects may include presentations, videos, social media campaigns, and eBooks. You’ll be the glue that holds everything together, ensuring smooth execution and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
* Develop and maintain detailed project schedules
* Align internal stakeholders on objectives and timelines
* Identify risks and propose solutions
Resource & Budget Management
* Allocate resources and manage workloads
* Track budgets and highlight potential overruns
Quality Assurance
* Review deliverables for quality and consistency
* Collaborate with the creative team to refine QA processes
Client Communication
* Provide regular updates and manage expectations
* Communicate scope changes and maintain clear records
Administrative Support
* Organise project files and documentation
* Manage SoWs, invoices, and financial tracking
