* Salary: £12.60 per hour
* Note: We are hiring for full-time positions, 5 days per week including weekends; part-time opportunities may be considered based on preference.

Role Overview
Christmas is a magical time where a warm cup of coffee brings people together, and you can be part of that journey. As a Festive Coffee Specialist (Retail Sales Assistant), you will consistently act as a brand ambassador, welcoming, advising, and inspiring customers while meeting our high standards of customer service. You will create a welcoming environment and ensure customer needs are met by proactively engaging in conversations and assisting with product selection and inquiries. During your time with us you will build knowledge and enhance your customer service skills, with the aim of confidently guiding customers to their dream coffee and seeing the joy on their faces.
Responsibilities
* On arrival: Work with the team to ensure the boutique is stocked, clean and inviting, maintaining the Nespresso image.
* Welcome Customers: Greet guests with a warm smile as they enter the boutique.
* Engage & Assist: Actively engage with customers, guiding them in product selection and answering inquiries.
* Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to manage store operations and customer flow.
* Maintain Stock: Monitor and replenish stock levels on shelves to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
* Wrap-Up: Review daily sales and customer feedback and set personal goals.
What experience will you need?
What is most important is curiosity to learn and deliver exceptional service while being excited by the challenge to become an ambassador for Nespresso. If you have previous experience in retail or hospitality, that is a plus. We are looking for charismatic individuals with strong communication and interpersonal skills who can build positive relationships with both the team and our customers. We want our customers to feel special, which means personalising the experience and offering luxury service.

What can you expect from the recruitment process?
We will keep our job open for up to 3 weeks and shortlist applications based on experience and motivation for applying. If selected, you will be invited to our boutique to get a feel for the work environment and meet our team. You will go through a Walk and Talk interview with the Boutique Manager to discuss your strengths and reasons for applying. It will also be an opportunity to learn about who we are and ask questions.
