You'll manage a varied portfolio covering standard personal lines, as well as mid-net-worth, high-net-worth, and VIP clients.
The expectation is simple: deliver consistent, high-quality service and manage policies from start to finish.
Renewals, MTAs, and new business quotations will all form part of your day-to-day work.
Because the client base includes higher-value and VIP customers, attention to detail and strong communication skills are essential.
Clients expect clarity, efficiency, and someone who understands their needs.
