Role The Sales Administrator will provide vital support to the sales team and play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day sales operations. This role involves managing sales documentation, processing orders, maintaining CRM systems, and assisting with customer communication, while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and excellent service delivery. Here is a snapshot of duties:- * Prepare and issue quotations, proposals, and contracts for clients. * Handle incoming sales inquiries and direct them to the relevant team members. * Process orders accurately, ensuring correct customer, product, and pricing details. * Liaise with operations, logistics, and finance to ensure timely order fulfilment. * Track deliveries and provide updates to customers and sales staff. * Act as a key point of contact for clients regarding administrative queries. * Resolve customer issues and discrepancies promptly and professionally. * Assist with customer onboarding and after-sales service where required. Experience * Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail. * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. * Good working knowledge of Ms Word & Excel is a must * Previous experience in a sales administration, sales support, or customer service role. * Experience with CRM systems is advantageous A note from us We get so many applications that in some instances we are unable to offer individual feedback.
