Duties:
5. Repair and replacement of damaged or corroded bodywork panels
6. Conducting chassis and framework repairs with precision
7. Assessing vehicle damage accurately and applying appropriate repair techniques
8. Completing bumper and door repairs to high standards
9. Ensuring all repairs comply with quality standards set internally and by third-party inspectors
10. Working efficiently as part of a team to maintain smooth bodyshop operations
11. Carrying out large filler repairs and trimming, as required
Individual spec:
12. Proven experience as a Panel Beater or Panel Technician
13. Qualifications such as ATA, NVQ Level 2 or 3, or equivalent; time served individuals also considered
14. Ability to perform large filler repairs and trimming tasks
15. Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and good communication abilities
16. Reliable and committed to producing high-quality work
