We're looking for a driven, experienced and passionate Strategic Relationship Manager, Medical & Life Sciences who is passionate about contributing to our business growth, thrives in a fast-paced small team within a target-driven scaling SME, and eagerly delivers exceptional bespoke client care in the medical sector via our award winning hybrid service SaaS localisation service.

Your role:
Your role will be to work alongside your follow colleagues - you'll be directly managed by and will report to our Founder and CEO and work alongside our COO and our teams. You'll be taking care of a year one target of around £500,000 - £750,000 + of new and existing business.
You'll be responsible for driving sales, overseeing and taking care of client retention, your own growth target for both new and existing sales. We expect you to take care of our clients and fellow team as if they were your own family - serving your clients to a high quality standard, building solid rapport and regularly looking at ways in which we can innovate, act as a trusted extended part of their team, and offer them more of our services to achieve their project objectives successfully and grow your sales and business.
We'll provide you with ongoing coaching and training to become a high performing team member and ask you to support our existing team collaborating with their development. We'll provide you with a company laptop, mobile phone, a generous work pension scheme, a gym membership, and all expenses paid company trips, events and activities. We're looking for someone who has at least three years of enhancing client experience and sales. We're looking for someone who has the right positive, make it happen no matter what attitude, who is resilient, a self motivator and is equally kind and considerate - putting their fellow team members and clients at the heart of all that they do. For this role you must be disciplined, organised and care a lot about all that you do.

You will really get out what you put in – hitting the ground running, consistently working to do your numbers and putting in a lot of hard work initially will see you building a pipeline quickly and successfully in turn being rewarded with generous commission for all sales brought in over and above your targets.
