Clinical Nurse Specialist - North Middlesex University Hospital
Join to apply for the Clinical Nurse Specialist - North Middlesex University Hospital role at Marie Curie UK.
Company Description
Marie Curie is the UK’s leading end-of-life charity. We are the largest non-NHS provider of end-of-life care in the UK, the only provider across all four nations, delivering community nursing and hospice care nationwide. We provide information and support on all aspects of dying, death, and bereavement. Our research pushes boundaries of what we know about quality end-of-life care, and our campaigns fight for a world where everyone can live with the best possible quality of life when facing a terminal illness.
We aim to reach the majority of dying people, currently only about 10% receive the support they deserve. One in four people with a terminal illness are not given the care or support they need at the end of life.
Our mission for the next five years is to close the gap in the number of people missing out on needed end‑of‑life care through:
* Growing and transforming direct care and support
* Delivering practical information and support
* Leading in shaping the end‑of‑life experience
