WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Tealium is seeking an experienced SDR Manager with a passion for coaching and mentoring. This person will provide leadership to our EMEA SDR team as they work to achieve weekly, monthly and quarterly goals. You will partner with the Global Director of Sales Development to drive personal/professional development of team members, as well as monitor performance and overall results.
YOUR DAY TO DAY
1. Coach your team as it relates to best practices and professional development
2. Partner with EMEA Sales & Marketing Leaders to tackle strategic and tactical initiatives
3. Implement and enforce data driven processes for betterment of Tealium and Sales Development
4. Maintain and enhance culture of Sales Development team
5. Help guide and mold future leaders of Tealium
6. Reporting directly to Global Director of Sales Development
WHAT YOU BRING TO TEALIUM
7. Previous experience as an SDR Team Lead or Manager of people
8. 2-3 years of SDR and/or direct selling experience
9. Experience working for a SaaS company
10. Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
11. Ability to partner with Marketing, Sales, Training and Operations to coordinate go to market programs/processes
12. Ability to coach SDR’s using action plans to maximize performance and provide effective feedback
13. Proven track record of being able to reach qualified C-Level executives, generate interest, and set up follow-on appointments for Account Executives
14. An innovative mindset to help analyze and improve work processes using data
15. Monitor data capture and use of reporting tools to track performance, while providing accurate and timely management reports on team metrics
16. Experience using Salesforce.com, Outreach/SalesLoft, and Drift is a plus
