Housing Host Location: Lilleshall National Sports Centre, TF10 9AT Salary : Paying up to £12.21 per hour depending on skills and experience Schedule : Casual/Part-time – 2 x 6-hour shifts, 2.30pm – 8.30pm, Monday to Sunday (depending on business needs) Ready to impact a better future? As a Housing Host in our Lilleshall team, you’ll create a welcoming experience for guests staying at the main house, ensuring they enjoy exceptional service and comfort during their visit. This role is all about making a positive impact on our guests’ stay. You’ll help deliver a seamless check-in process and provide attentive dining service, contributing to an environment where every guest feels valued and cared for. What You’ll Do As a Housing Host You’ll be entrusted to: Welcome and check in guests at the main house reception desk Host and serve evening dining service for up to 29 rooms from a pre-selected menu Act as the main point of contact for guest enquiries Ensure dining areas are prepared and maintained to a high standard Collaborate with colleagues to deliver outstanding customer service Does this sound like you?
