Job Title: Employer Engagement Consultant / Recruitment
Location: Essex – Centre based, with occasional face-to-face meetings
Salary: up to £32,500

Type: Full Time, 8-month FTC (Part-time can also be considered)
KM have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and engaging individual, who is looking to support the wider community and lower unemployment rates.
Experience of working within the Welfare to Work / Employability sector, in an Employer Engagement / recruitment role, OR outside of the Employability sector in hands-on Recruitment, Sales or Account Management.
The Role
* To identify and engage withnew andexisting local employers,to source employment opportunities for a caseload of unemployed individuals.
* Engage with the local community to promote our client as theProvider of choice.
* Proactively engage and maintain effective relationships through a variety of methods such as site visits, email etc. with local employers to maintain relationships.
* To plan and attend job fairs and employer days.
* Work towards and achieve targets and KPI’s.
* Completing all necessary paperwork in line with compliance and quality standards.
Essential Criteria
* Must have experience of working inan employer engagement / B2B, or account manager role (preferably within the Employability sector).
* Demonstrable experience of working towards targets / KPIs.
* GCSE English Language at a minimum of a Grade B (or equivalent Level 2 qualification) OR achievement of a Level 2 in Literacy Assessment at interview stage.
* A minimum of 2 A-Levels or an equivalent Level 3 Diploma.
* Full, clean, UK driving licenceand access to own vehicle.
* Must be flexible with travel.
