Words direct from one of our team: "I’ve only been with the DORS team for a month but its already my favourite job I’ve had. From the moment I joined everyone made me feel so welcome. I’m so excited to continue developing my psychological knowledge in training and in the community. It has been incredibly rewarding helping those with mental health difficulties, especially when seeing the direct impact of our support. With the help of the DORS team and Venture People as a whole, I’ve been able to adapt and quickly build confidence in managing complex situations. I’m so happy to be part of such a positive team".
