Job Description
Robertson Recruitment are looking for an experienced 7.5t driver on a temp to perm basis. The driver will be going from one site to another on a daily basis.
Working hours
Monday to Friday
08:00am - 16:00pm
Responsibilities
* Safely operate a 7.5 tonne vehicle to transport parts and materials.
* Ensure deliveries and collections are completed on time and in line with company procedures.
* Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any defects promptly.
* Load and unload goods securely, ensuring items are protected during transit.
* Maintain accurate delivery paperwork and transport documentation.
* Follow all health & safety, aviation security, and road transport regulations.
* Represent the company professionally when interacting with customers and site teams.
Requirements
* Valid Category C1 (7.5T) driving licence.
* Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
* Previous experience in a multi-drop or logistics driving role (manufacturing environment is a plus).
* Good understanding of vehicle safety checks and transport compliance.
* Strong time management and reliability.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
