Role Description
This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a qualified Electrician, covering projects across Gloucestershire, Bristol, Bath, Somerset and surrounding areas.
You will play a key role in supporting renewable installations and ensuring safe, high‑quality electrical work across our projects.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Installing and commissioning electrical systems for Air Source Heat Pumps, Solar PV, Battery Storage and EV Chargers
* Electrical testing, inspection and certification in line with current regulations
* Fault finding and repair of existing installations
* Ensuring all work complies with BS7671 Wiring Regulations
* Working closely with heating engineers, project managers and customers to deliver high‑quality installations
* Maintaining a safe, tidy and professional working environment
* Supporting the Lead Electrical Engineer and wider installation team
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with:
* 2391 Test & Inspection (preferred but not essential)
* Experience in domestic electrical installations (renewable experience advantageous)
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
* Good problem‑solving ability and ability to work independently
* Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
* Full UK driving licence
Training on renewable technologies and specialist equipment will be provided.
