Responsibilities
1. Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to loan servicing and LoanIQ functionality.
2. Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on LoanIQ, supporting system enhancements, upgrades, and integrations.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions aligned with business goals.
4. Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
5. Conduct gap analysis and impact assessments for new features or regulatory changes.
6. Support UAT planning, test case creation, and execution.
7. Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders.
8. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to LoanIQ.
9. Maintain documentation including process flows, data mappings, and configuration guides.
Skills & Experience
10. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years working with LoanIQ.
11. Strong understanding of syndicated and bilateral loan lifecycle and operations.
12. Experience with LoanIQ modules such as Facility Setup, Drawdowns, Interest Accruals, Payments, and Fee Management.
13. Proficiency in writing BRDs, FRDs, and user stories.
14. Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
15. Excellentmunication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
