Key Responsibilities
* Own and evolve brand positioning, messaging, and voice across all channels and touchpoints.
* Develop and lead the overall marketing strategy aligned with business goals, covering brand, demand generation, product marketing, content, partnerships, and events.
* Lead, grow, and mentor the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous development.
* Oversee the execution of multi-channel campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, acquisition, and customer retention.
* Collaborate closely with sales and customer success to ensure marketing is aligned with the full customer journey and revenue objectives.
* Own and optimise marketing performance reporting, using data and insights to inform decisions and maximise ROI.
* Champion the voice of the customer, gather insights, feedback, and case studies to shape messaging, influence product strategy, and inform campaigns.
* Guide product marketing efforts, translating new features into compelling, customer-focused messaging in partnership with the product team.
* Act as a brand guardian, ensuring consistency, clarity, and quality across all internal and external communications.
* Manage 3rd party relationships and the marketing budget, maximising efficiency and effectiveness across channels.
* Drive and oversee our event marketing strategy, including sector events, customer activations, and partnership opportunities.
* Ensure our marketing technology and data practices are effective, scalable, and compliant with all relevant policies and regulations.
What they're looking for:
* 5+ years in a senior marketing role, ideally within SaaS, tech for good, or B2B industries.
* Proven experience in building brand, delivering integrated campaigns, and driving measurable results.
* Demonstrable people management skills and experience of leading a dynamic team.
* Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and customer empathy.
* Excellent storyteller and communicator with a sharp eye for copy and design.
* Experience with HubSpot (or similar CRM), content strategy, social, and events.
* Passion for the arts, culture, or creative industries is a strong advantage
