We are currently recruiting a reliable and hardworking Cleaner to support a college environment. The role involves maintaining a high standard of cleanliness across communal areas, classrooms, and facilities. An enhanced DBS is required for this position, or you must be willing to obtain one prior to starting.
Responsibilities
* Maintain cleanliness of classrooms, corridors, communal areas, and facilities.
* Carry out sweeping, mopping, wiping surfaces, emptying bins, and general upkeep.
* Ensure cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard within allocated time.
* Follow site health and safety procedures at all times.
* Use cleaning materials and equipment safely and appropriately.
* Report any maintenance or safety issues promptly.
Requirements
* Enhanced DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain one before starting).
* Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential.
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
* Reliability and good attention to detail.
* Available Monday to Friday, 6:30am-9:30am.
* Able to commit to a temporary contract.
