My Client is a large house builder looking for an experienced New Homes Sales Negotiator to work in the Cambridgeshire area. You will be offered a generous salary and a great commission structure plus mileage. If you're looking to step into a large corporate structure but with a family feel this could be the right move for you.
Responsibilities
 * You will be the first point of contact for all customers, have excellent communication and provide outstanding customer service.
 * Negotiate the sales details with purchases.
 * Be confident to use a CRM system.
 * You will need to drive to other developments to cover appointments.
 * You will chase up customer leads, follow up on appointments and try to maximise sales.
 * Be the primary contact up to and including completion.
 * Ensure the sales area is well presented at all times.
 * Portray a professional image.
 * Assist clients with optional extras.
Requirements
 * At least 2 years' experience working on fast placed development or with a similar national house builder.
 * Excellent communication skills and ability to provide outstanding customer service.
 * Proven ability to negotiate sales details and manage customer relationships.
 * Experience using a CRM system.
 * Full driving licence and ability to drive to other developments to cover appointments.
