What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities): Lead and motivate a dynamic sales team to achieve and exceed branch targets. Identify and win new instructions, increasing the agency’s market presence. Conduct property appraisals and deliver professional pricing and marketing advice. Build and maintain strong client and applicant relationships to secure repeat business. Actively generate new opportunities through local networking and proactive prospecting. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies. Manage performance reporting and contribute to operational planning. What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience): Proven success within an estate agency at Sales Manager or Senior Negotiator level. Strong record in instruction winning and deal progression. Natural leader with the ability to coach, develop, and inspire a team. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Commercially aware, goal-oriented, and highly organised. Knowledge of the Surrey property market is advantageous.
