Billing Administrator
£30k
Monday-Friday
The Role
1. Make sure bills are accurate and sent on time
2. Check fee rates and client details
3. Prepare and send invoices
4. Review work in progress and raise bills when needed
5. Check client balances and request transfers if required
6. Fix billing errors
7. Keep billing records organised and up to date
8. Enter billing information into systems
9. Follow basic finance and VAT rules
The Candidate:
10. Experience in a billing or accounts role
11. Good attention to detail
12. Strong IT skills
