Our Intensive Housing Support Service, in collaboration with the Integrated Drugs Team, provides recovery-focused support for individuals experiencing co-occurring substance use and mental health challenges. We use a strengths-based approach to address barriers to recovery, promoting self-management, resilience, and connecting individuals to community resources to promote wellbeing.
The service supports individuals and families affected by substance use, aiming to reduce substance use, harm, and support informed decisions about medication prescriptions according to MAT standards. We offer advice on accessing support and its benefits.
We provide trauma-informed support, personalized plans, legal matters, debt management, and budgeting assistance. We utilize tools like I.ROC and HOPE to foster healthy social networks and decision-making skills, aiming to enhance engagement, treatment quality, safety, and personal goal achievement across wellbeing indicators.
