Manufacturing Operative
Location: OX10
Hours: 40 hours per week (07:00-3:30pm or 08:00-4:30pm)
Reports to: Logistics Manager
We are looking for a proactive and organised Operative to join a fast-paced team. This hands-on role involves receiving, storing, and issuing stock, operating a forklift, and supporting production and dispatch activities.

Experience in stockroom or dispatch procedures, preferably in manufacturing
Computer literate with good communication skills
Physically able to lift weights as per Health & Safety guidelines
Forklift licence desirable (training can be provided)
GCSEs in English and Maths (or equivalent)
SAP knowledge is a plusResponsibilities:
Receive and inspect goods, report shortages or damages
Record and manage stock movements accurately
Support production and dispatch by issuing and kitting materials
Conduct cycle counts and ensure stock control
