Are you fluent in Reels, TikTok trends, and storytelling in 15 seconds or less? Can you turn behind-the-scenes chaos into captivating content? We're looking for a Social Media Executive who lives and breathes creativity – and knows how to make a scroll-stopping impact.
At Mellor Media, we create bold, beautiful video content for brands that want to stand out. From punchy product ads to branded documentaries, we craft video that moves people – emotionally and literally (scrolling thumbs, we're talking to you).
What You'll Do
* Own and manage our clients social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and more).
* Plan, create, and schedule content that showcases our work, culture, and creativity.
* Collaborate with our creative and production teams to capture behind-the-scenes content.
* Build and engage our online community – replying to comments, spotting trends, and driving conversation.
* Monitor analytics, report on performance, and tweak strategy to keep things fresh and effective.
* Keep your finger on the pulse of social trends, platform updates, and viral formats.
What We're Looking For
* 1–3 years experience in social media – agency or creative industry experience is a big plus.
* Excellent writing and communication skills with a sharp eye for visual storytelling.
* Comfortable behind and in front of the camera (you're not afraid to jump on a trend).
* Proficient in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, FCPX or similar tools.
* Highly organized, self-motivated, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
* A passion for video, photo content, and the ever-evolving digital landscape.
