What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils
- Support students across a range of subjects
- Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons
- Help manage behaviour and maintain a focused learning environment
- Support pupil progress, confidence, and wellbeing
- Work closely with teachers and school staff
What We’re Looking For
- Experience working with children or young people (school or care setting)
- A patient, proactive, and supportive approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skillsEnhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
- Experience supporting additional learning needs is highly desirable
