Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and maintain customer accounts, ensuring timely payment and reducing overdue debts.
* Monitor credit limits and assess credit risk for new and existing customers.
* Liaise with internal teams, including sales and accounts, to resolve payment issues.
* Prepare regular reports on debtor balances, overdue accounts, and credit trends.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with company procedures.
* Support month-end and year-end processes as required.
