Job Description
We are looking for an experienced PI Claims Handler to support the business on a temporary basis. The primary responsibility is to manage and process claims that may arise from incidents related to the company's operations.
Duties include:
* Logging, assessing and investigating claims on system
* Maintaining records and ensuring documentation compliance
* Communicating with claimants' experts, statutory bodies and client by email, telephone and in writing
* Legal compliance and liaison
* Negotiating on issues of liability and quantum
* Customer Service support
* Attendance at court
* Adhere to company policies
* Developing relationships with clients.
The Successful Applicant
Experience of dealing with Personal Injury claims is essential for this post. The successful PI Claims Handler will have demonstrable legal knowledge, investigative skills and strong communication.
While remote working can be accommodated most of the time, someone local to Bradford office would be ideal.
