Role: Maintenance Technician
Hours: Full Time Alternating 3 x 12 Hour Shifts
Pay: £46,000 per annum

The Role
* Carry out planned preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment
* Respond to breakdowns and complete fault-finding activities
* Ensure production downtime is kept to a minimum
* Maintain accurate maintenance and compliance records
* Order and source spare parts when required
* Support health & safety compliance across site
* Assist with contractor supervision and site compliance
* Train staff on maintenance procedures and operating standards
* Support audits, inspections, and compliance checks
Requirements
* Experience as a Maintenance Technician, Maintenance Engineer, or Multi-Skilled Engineer
* Strong mechanical and/or electrical maintenance experience
* Background in manufacturing, production, or industrial environments
* Experience carrying out preventative maintenance and breakdown repairs
* Understanding of health & safety and compliance procedures
* Ability to work independently and within a team environment
* Flexible to work alternating shift patterns
