Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various tasks on-site, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently. This role requires a strong work ethic, the ability to follow instructions, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organised work environment.
Duties
* Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment.
* Perform general site maintenance, including cleaning and organising tools and materials.
* Support skilled tradespeople in their tasks as required.
* Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
* Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a labouring or construction role is advantageous but not essential.
* Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
* Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects safely.
* Good communication skills.
* Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities.
* A valid driver's licence is preferred but not mandatory.
* Familiarity with health and safety regulations is beneficial.
