Salary (FTE): ALT Grade F - £28,142.00 to £30,024.00
Actual Salary: ALT Grade F - £17,113.38 to £18,257.84

We are expanding our Trust People Team and looking for a passionate, motivated, and forward-thinking People Adviser to support our 1,500 employees across 21 schools in our thriving Multi Academy Trust.
This isn’t just another HR job. As a People Adviser, you will play a key role in shaping how we support, grow, and develop our people. Your responsibilities will include:
* Providing trusted HR advice across a wide range of employee relations matters
* Working closely with school leaders to support the full employee lifecycle
* Assisting with the ongoing implementation of our new HRIS
* Supporting change and collaborating on trust-wide projects
* Visiting schools primarily in North Suffolk/South Norfolk, with occasional travel further afield and working from home too
You will be mentored by one of our experienced People Partners, gaining guidance and space to develop as a people professional.
This role is ideal if you want to develop your HR expertise meaningfully. We are looking for someone who:
* Has CIPD Level 3 (or equivalent experience) and is eager for further professional development
* Thrives on collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
* Possesses excellent people skills, able to build strong relationships, influence, and communicate effectively
Experience in education or the public sector is a bonus, but what truly matters is your passion for people and your drive to make a difference.
