Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role, strong knowledge of UK employment laws, excellent communication skills, strategic and operational capability, analytical skills, proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office, and comfort working in a matrix organization.
