As part of their continued growth, they’re looking for a Sales Consultant to help clients transition into this next chapter of life — with dignity, comfort, and confidence.
Your Role
As a Sales Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for potential residents and their families, guiding them through an exciting and emotional decision-making process.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build Trust: Develop meaningful relationships with prospective residents and their families, understanding their needs and preferences.
* Showcase Luxury: Deliver compelling presentations of our homes and facilities that reflect our brand’s premium offering.
* Guide the Journey: Manage the full sales cycle — from initial enquiry to closing the deal — with professionalism and care.
* Develop Your Skills: Take advantage of ongoing training and development to grow your career in a supportive, values-driven environment.
What We’re Looking For
Experience is not essential — we’re looking for the right person, not just the right CV.
You’ll thrive in this role if you are:
* You will come from a Business Development Background
* Deeply empathetic, with high emotional intelligence and a genuine desire to help others.
* An excellent communicator whose patient, calm, and able to adapt your style to suit the needs of elderly clients.
* Based near Sevenoaks, with the ability to attend the site daily.
* Naturally sales-focused, with the drive to meet targets while maintaining a strong customer-service ethic.
What’s on Offer
* Basic Salary: £45,000
* Realistic OTE: £65,000
* Great benefits package: To be discussed at interview stage
