Your key responsibilities
*
Overseeing the day-to-day management of the nursery, ensuring the highest standards of care and education in line with EYFS and Ofsted requirements
*
Leading, mentoring, and inspiring your team to deliver outstanding practice every day
*
Building strong, positive relationships with children, families, and external agencies
*
Maintaining robust safeguarding standards and operational excellence
*
Creating an inclusive, supportive, and empowering culture where staff and children can thrive
What we’re looking for
*
Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
*
Sound understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding procedures
*
Proven leadership experience within a nursery setting
*
Excellent communication and organisational skills
*
GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths, or willingness to achieve this within 2 years
