 * We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment. You should possess strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory. A solid grasp of networking fundamentals, including DNS, DHCP, and IP, is essential. Excellent communication and customer service skills are a must, along with strong time management and prioritization abilities. A passion for technology and helping others will set you apart. Desirable skills include experience with RMM tools, exposure to VoIP or hosted telephony, knowledge of backup and antivirus solutions, and any Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-900, AZ-900). A full UK driving license is preferred.
Responsibilities:
 * As a 1st Line Helpdesk Engineer, you will be the first point of contact for all support requests via phone, email, and our ticketing system. Your role will involve remote troubleshooting and resolution of issues related to Windows 10/11 desktops and laptops, Microsoft 365 applications (such as Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint), printers, basic networking, and telephony systems. You'll manage Active Directory tasks such as password resets and user creation. Additionally, you will log tickets, prioritize them, and escalate to 2nd Line or specialists as needed. Clear communication with clients and accurate documentation is crucial. You will also be responsible for new user onboarding and IT asset preparation, as well as contributing to service improvement initiatives.
