The Role

The role of Customer Service Administrator will be to support our clients throughout the certification process across a range of standards. This is from initial customer onboarding to certification.
The successful applicant will be bright and be able to consistently follow procedures to ensure that each stage of the client's interaction is documented and that they continued to be moved through the process as smoothly and as efficiently as possible.
Location
Your normal place of work will be Quay Corner, Church Bank, Jarrow, Tyne and Wear, NE32 3HH. You may be expected to visit other geographical locations at the discretion of your job role or the management team. We will provide you where possible the means of travel arrangements in assistance.
Hours of work
Your normal working hours will be either 8:00 to 16: hours per week) or 9:00 to 17:00 Monday to Thursday and 8:00 to 16:00 on a Friday (37.5 hours per week), including a 30-minute lunch break which is unpaid each day.
Travel Requirements
Some travelling within the UK may be necessary for the performance of your duties.
Responsibilities
* Front Line
* Answering Customer enquires via phone, email, social media and webchat for first point resolution
* Help to support the operations on a day-to-day basis
* Supporting the customer across the certification cycle
* Data
* Ensuring all data in the CRM is kept up to date as per the process to ensure all information is up to date and tagged accordingly
* Meet the KPIs set out to ensure smooth and at pace working
* Any other duties deemed necessary
Skills, Knowledge and Qualifications
Essential
* Fast pace and be able to work across multiple systems such as Xero, Microsoft Applications and CRM systems
* Proof of exceptional customer service skills in a demanding sector
* Proof of the ability to quickly learn and pick up processes
* Ideally experience working within a fast-paced customer service environment for at least 3 years'
* Excellent computer skills
Desirable
* Qualified to a Level 3 in a related discipline such as Business Administration
* Experience with Quality Management Systems
* Knowledge of the retrofit and renewable installation market
* Knowledge of relevant recognized standards such as PAS, MCS, ISO
