Key Responsibilities of a Housekeeping Supervisor: Checking and inspecting up to 25 rooms per shift. Assisting in the training of team members. Inputting and monitoring room status in the computer system throughout the shift. Preparing and allocating Room Attendants sections and porter duties. Assisting in the control and issuing of keys. Assisting in cleaning rooms and public areas. Helping in the preparation of rotas to ensure there is adequate cover at all times. Directly supervising team members. What are we looking for? Previous experience in housekeeping and team supervision. Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent attention to detail. Ability to train, motivate, and support team members. Strong organisational and time management skills. Knowledge of cleaning procedures and health & safety standards. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
