Housing Business Intelligence Analyst
Location: Great Wenham, Nr Ipswich, CO7 6PS
Hours: Full Time, 37 hours per week
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £37,280 - £44,075 per annum (pro rata for part time)
Role Overview
We are looking for a Housing Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Housing Repairs and Maintenance team. The role operates within the Housing Directorate and reports directly to the Housing Transformation Manager, with an additional line to the Head of Housing Repairs and Maintenance (HRM).
Responsibilities
* Ensure high‑quality performance information is available and that regulatory and business‑specific requirements are met.
* Support colleagues to engage with performance information and provide advice and assurance on best practices and operational efficiencies.
* Maintain, upgrade and manage systems, software, hardware and networks.
Qualifications
* Relevant qualification at NVQ/HNC/degree level or equivalent knowledge gained through experience.
* Inquisitive mindset, providing analysis that goes beyond reporting to generate insights that drive improvements.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to offer insight and interpret complex information.
* Experience delivering data products supporting operational colleagues, including developing interactive dashboards and reports.
* Experience working in a similar environment and delivering data insights for service delivery improvement.
