Role Overview
Sales Office Manager overseeing day‑to‑day operations of a busy sales team of three in Birmingham. Full‑time, office‑based; hours Monday‑Thursday 08:00‑17:00, Friday 08:00‑12:00.
Responsibilities
* Oversee daily sales office operations
* Support the sales team with administration, reporting, and coordination
* Act as key point of contact for customer enquiries, quotations and orders
* Maintain and develop strong client relationships
* Prepare sales reports, presentations and performance data
* Monitor KPIs and support sales performance tracking
* Manage CRM systems and ensure data accuracy
* Coordinate schedules, meetings and internal communications
* Supervise and support administrative staff, including training and onboarding
* Assist with budgeting, order processing and general office administration
* Ensure compliance with company procedures and policies
Qualifications & Experience
* Proven experience in office management or sales administration
* Previous experience within a sales environment is essential
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office packages
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
* High attention to detail and a proactive approach
