What you’ll do… Manage the effective development, management, support, maintenance and implementation of system applications, SharePoint and database administration, ensuring that the software applications are secure, resilient, future proof and fit for purpose. Working closely with operational staff to maintain the accuracy and integrity of data entered and kept on all applications and related databases. Be the subject matter expert for our Dynamics implementation and development. What we expect from you…. Manage the development of the application technology roadmap Manage the development of new systems and management of existing systems including integration, support of systems throughout their lifecycle: design, build, test, train, deploy, support and manage. Manage day to day 2nd and 3rd level business systems support by analysing application problems and identifying both short-term and long-term solutions. Manage and perform formal system testing and facilitate user acceptance testing. Ensure systems are adaptable and continually improved to ensure they meet the requirements of business Maintain processes related to system maintenance and support using ITIL led processes Ensure the internal business data is complete, accurate, high quality and relevant Contribute to the overall performance and achievement of objectives for IT Management and development of staff in the Development and Infrastructure team.
