SKILLS/EXPERIENCE OF THE CHANNEL STRATEGY & ORCHESTRATION LEAD Expertise in channel management strategy. In depth experience of defining a Service Management Framework/Orchestration Layer. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to enable the interpretation of data and make informed decisions. Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, able to create positive relationships and become a client advocate. Line management experience Desirable Knowledge and experience of creating a Channel Strategy as part of a future Shared Services Operating Model.
