What you’ll be doing
You’ll be the trusted go-to person for your portfolio of clients, providing expert insurance advice and ensuring they get the best possible cover and service. Day-to-day, you’ll:
* Build lasting relationships with new and existing clients
* Create tailored insurance programmes that truly meet client needs
* Negotiate with insurers to get the best terms and coverage
* Spot opportunities to grow your portfolio and bring in new business
* Work closely with colleagues to support wider company goals
What we’re looking for
* At least 2 years’ experience in a similar insurance role
* Strong relationship-building and communication skills
* A proactive, solutions-focused approach
* The drive to meet and exceed performance targets
* Experience winning and retaining clients
* Solid knowledge of the insurance market and confident negotiation skills
