* Leading the commercial side of projects to protect margins and control risk
* Working closely with project teams and senior leadership to ensure profitability
* Overseeing contracts, cost reporting, and compliance (NEC/JCT)
* Acting as the commercial go-to on projects up to £10m
ABOUT YOU
* Strong track record in commercial management within civils/groundworks
* Solid knowledge of contract law, cost control, and risk management
* Civil engineering qualification (HNC/Degree) + CSCS card
* Confident communicator with good IT skills
