We are looking for a Retail Assistant who will be at the core of Screwfix, ensuring our customers are always at the heart of everything we do. You will get to know our customers, deliver genuinely great service and support store operations.
Responsibilities
* Provide excellent customer service at the till, picking orders and delivering items.
* Stock shelves, manage inventory and assist with store repro.
* Work across all areas of the store, including deliveries, counter and backroom.
* Maintain a safe and welcoming shopping environment.
Qualifications & Experience
We welcome applicants with a friendly, proactive attitude and a strong work ethic. A previous retail or customer‑facing role is preferred but not required.
