Events and Club Team Manager Bayards Court, Dartmouth £35,936.16 per annum 39 hours per week Creating experiences that bring life to every day We’re looking for an Events and Club Team Manager to join our vibrant team at Bayards Court in Dartmouth. In this role, you’ll design and deliver a year-round calendar of club meets and events that reflect the diverse interests of our residents – from gym sessions to social gatherings that spark connection. You’ll lead and inspire a dedicated team, ensuring every experience is inclusive, engaging and aligned with regulatory standards. It’s a role for someone who loves planning, thrives on creativity and understands how meaningful moments can transform daily life. Your role Plan and deliver a year-round schedule of inclusive events Lead and develop the team to deliver engaging, high-quality experiences Evaluate events and adapt to meet resident and stakeholder needs Build community links and promote events for maximum participation Manage relationships with residents, families and stakeholders; resolve issues promptly Ensure safe working practices, including risk assessments and hazard reporting Maintain accurate records and data for events Your skills Experience working with relevant client groups or in the care sector Supervisory or managerial experience in care or a related sector Proven ability to manage schedules, events, costs and teams Your rewards You deserve more than the basics.
