Are you a dynamic, creative, and results-driven marketing professional? We're looking for a Marketing Manager to lead our brand's marketing efforts across digital and traditional platforms.
In this role, you'll oversee our social media presence, craft engaging newsletters, manage stationery and branding materials, and drive performance through PPC campaigns. You'll also act as the vital link between internal teams, external partners, and marketing collaborators, ensuring consistent and compelling brand communication.

Our Head Office is based in Burton Upon Trent, with offices based in Northampton, Cheltenham and Guildford. The business is fast-paced and offers exciting opportunities with projects to get your teeth in to.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, create, and manage engaging social media content across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
* Design and send email newsletters that drive engagement and conversions
* Oversee design and production of branded stationery and marketing collateral
* Manage and optimise PPC campaigns (Google Ads, social media advertising)
* Monitor marketing KPIs, analyse performance, and report results
* Research competitor marketing strategies and suggest improvements
* Liaise with external businesses, partners, and vendors to ensure brand alignment and maximise co-marketing opportunities
About You:
* Proven experience in a marketing role, ideally with digital and print exposure
* Hands-on experience with social media management tools, email marketing platforms, and Google Ads
* Strong communication and project management skills
* Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
* Creative flair with attention to detail and consistency
Person Specification / Requirements
Essential:
* Experience (e.g. 3‑5 years) in marketing / communications, with demonstrable work in social media, newsletters/email marketing, and print/print collateral.
* Strong copywriting and editing skills.
* Good eye for design, attention to detail in both digital and print media.
* Proficiency in relevant tools: e.g. email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Campaign Monitor, etc.), social media management tools, design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar).
* Excellent organisational skills; ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
* Analytical mindset – comfortable using metrics to assess performance and drive improvements.
