IKEA Birmingham is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to support our customers with returns, exchanges, and inquiries, ensuring a friendly and smooth shopping experience.
What We Offer
1. Start Date: 21st June
2. Hourly rate: £12.60
3. Part-time hours: 12 or 16 hours per week, 3-4 days, with every 4th weekend off; availability for Monday and Friday afternoons (2pm - 6pm) required

Daily Responsibilities
* Resolve customer complaints efficiently using problem-solving skills
* Handle product returns and escalate issues promptly
* Assist with product assembly and spare parts ordering/exchanges
* Process transactions accurately using the till
* Maintain a safe environment and follow cash handling procedures
* Ensure all products are scanned correctly for availability
