Role and Responsibilities:
* Identify and engage potential clients within architectural and construction sectors
* Build relationships with architects, practices, and key project decision:makers
* Generate, qualify, and manage new business leads and enquiries
* Maintain accurate records of outreach, conversations, and opportunities
* Support business development by creating a consistent pipeline of opportunities
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
* Proven experience in telemarketing, telesales, or outbound business development
* Experience communicating and working with architects and construction professionals
* Strong communication, relationship:building, and listening skills
* Confidence engaging with senior professionals and navigating organisations
* Strong organisation, lead qualification, and self:management skills
