Are you a driven Account Executive ready to make your mark in SaaS sales?


We’re partnering with a high-growth, Series A funded software company headquartered in Berlin that is reshaping how enterprises approach procurement. Backed by cutting-edge technology that’s fast to implement, simple to use, and already trusted by global brands, this is an exciting chance to join a business scaling rapidly across Europe.


The Role

As an Account Executive for the UK & Ireland, you’ll be responsible for driving new business and owning the full sales cycle. This is a true hunter role where your resilience, commercial mindset, and energy will be key. You’ll have support from a Business Development team but also the freedom to generate your own pipeline, selling a complex SaaS solution into mid-market and enterprise organisations.


To set you up for success, the role begins with six months in Berlin, working closely with the founders and wider team to immerse yourself in the product, culture, and sales motion. Relocation support will be provided. After this period, you’ll return to the UK and continue in a remote capacity, focused on growing the UK&I client base.


Key Responsibilities

* Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting through to closing deals
* Build and grow a strong pipeline across the UK & Ireland
* Generate opportunities through both BDR collaboration and self-sourced outreach
* Engage and influence senior stakeholders within mid-market and enterprise accounts
* Communicate the value of a sophisticated SaaS platform in a consultative and compelling way
* Consistently exceed revenue targets while developing long-term client relationships


About You

* 1–3 years of experience as an Account Executive, ideally with progression from BDR/SDR
* Demonstrated success selling complex SaaS solutions to mid-sized and large enterprises
* Procurement tech experience is a bonus but not essential
* A natural hunter: driven, resilient, and target-oriented
* Strong communication and presentation skills, confident influencing senior decision-makers
* Excited to spend six months in Berlin before taking ownership of the UK&I region remotely
